Lei que dispõe sobre a mudança do depósito de lixo na cidade, autorizando o Intendente a adquirir, em caráter de urgência, um terreno para depósito do lixo da cidade em sítio que não ofereça inconveniente, sendo que tal aquisição poderá ser feita por meio de permuta do atual terreno da encosta.
