Iconografia, possivelmente datada de meados do século XX, da edificação que abrigava o então Grupo Escolar Morais Barros (hoje uma escola estadual com o mesmo nome). Tal localiza-se no centro da cidade de Piracicaba, no quarteirão das ruas: Rua do Rosário, 13 de maio, Alferes José Caetano e Voluntários de Piracicaba. Ressalta-se que o local, antes de se tornar uma instituição de ensino foi uma cadeia, e o terreno, anteriormente, foi também um cemitério. Não há informação de procedência.
