Reunião na casa do Juiz Ordinário Manoel Joaquim Pinto de Arruda, presentes os vereadores e o Procurador, na qual compareceu Ricardo Roiz, com um requerimento referente ao corte de rés, arrematação feita por ele em 20 de março de 1824. Segundo conta, um decreto imperial de havia ordenado que deveriam haver mais arrematações deste gênero, ficando assim o corte livre. Documento redigido pelo escrivão interino Antônio de Campos Bicudo e assinado pelos vereadores e pelo requerente.
