Termo de Arrematação, no qual consta que no dia 06 de maio de 1905, na Secretaria da Câmara Municipal de Piracicaba, “pelo porteiro da Câmara foram colocados em hasta pública uma tarrafa pequena e espingarda marca ‘pica-pau’, que foram apreendidas a indivíduos por infração da lei sobre caça e pesca: - Postas em praça foram arrematadas: a tarrafa por Miguel de Magalhães pela quantia de oito mil réis ($8.000) e a espingarda por João Fischer, pela quantia de três mil e cem réis ($3.100) Cujos produtos foram entregues ao Procurador da Câmara” (em transcrição livre).
