Ata da sessão ordinária de 04 de janeiro de 1852, sob a Presidência do Sr. Lopes foi lido o relatório do Fiscal e posto em discussão foi à Comissão. O Sr. Cezar indicou que se oficiasse o Fiscal que se fizesse matar os cães que vagam pelas ruas. O Sr. Cezar indicou também que se oficiasse a Câmara de Araraquara para impedir os paris no Salto de Ganhandava atentos ao prejuízo que aquilo causa àquela Vila.
