Carteira de Identidade de Vereador, de Francisco Salgot Castillon, emitida em 10 de junho 1952, segundo carimbo da Câmara Municipal de Piracicaba. Tal carteira é formada por capa dura em cor preta, com os seguintes dizeres: “Vereador – Carteira de Identidade”. Na parte inteira tem-se uma foto 3x4 de Salgot, sua digital, assinaturas e as seguintes inscrições:
“Republica dos Estados Unidos do Brasil – Estado de São Paulo – Piracicaba – O sr. Francisco Salgot Castillon foi eleito vereador à Câmara Municipal de Piracicaba – Legenda U.D.N para o período de 1952-55 – Carteira N.11”
