No documento esses pedem que “empregue os melhores esforços junto á Companhia Paulista de Estradas de Ferro, afim de que esta construa no bairro da Boa Vista, conforme primitivo projeto a estação que pretende fazer nessa zona, pois consta-lhes que se pretende construir a referida estação no bairro Tijuco Preto, distante cerca de uma légua das propriedades requerentes”
