Registro de termo de transferência, a João Bacchin, referente a terreno entre as ruas 15 de Novembro, Aquilino Pacheco e outra sem denominação que terminava no portão do Cemitério, que obteve de João Pedro Dechend. Foi declarado que, o referido terreno, havia sido transferido por autorização contida em despacho da Prefeitura Municipal, datado de 14 de junho de 1921. No registro, o nome do transferente foi descrito como João Baptista Dechend, entretanto, há uma nota, ao fim do termo, que, em transcrição livre, declara:
“Nota. O nome do transferente é João Pedro Dechend e não como por engano foi escripto no termo”.
