Iconografia que registra a entrega da Moção de Aplausos nº102/1999 ao Sr. Nordahl Christian Neptune e ao Sr. Elias Rocha, pelo lançamento do vídeo e exposição de fotos: “Os Bonecos do Elias dos Bonecos”. A entrega teve lugar na Câmara Municipal de Piracicaba, com a presença do vereador Ary de Camargo Pedroso Junior, autor da propositura, e de outros membros da edilidade, como: José Antônio Pereira (Zezinho Pereira), Ademar do Carmo Luciano Junior, Vanderlei Luiz Dionísio, Jorge Rodrigues Martins, João Leite de Oliveira. Também estão na foto Aparecida Gregolin Abe (Cida Abe) e João Herrmann Neto.
